In 2000, after getting divorced and remarrying, Ms. Brent Magzis, who worked as a pianist and piano instructor, returned to New York City with her second husband, a book editor who wanted to escape his long commute. The couple bought a Classic Six in a West 90's Coop building, circa 1914, with a big living room for her Steinway grand piano.
